Community Assistance Programs

The School Resource Officer program exists to help students and their families when there are problems and to determine if problems are related to tobacco, drug or alcohol use, as well as helping students with personal problems of many different kinds.  Our current SRO is Officer Richard Whittaker. His phone extension at 24-6681 is 331.

Finding alternatives, coping in positive and healthy ways are always the goal of the program.  Of course, confidentiality is a hallmark of this kind of program, as well.

Officer Whittaker is an official member of the Oldham County police force, he is readily available on our campus to staff and students... working proactively to keep our schools safe and helping students and their families deal with problems when they arise.
